Closing Date

Abstracts of no more than 250-300 words should be submitted by Thursday 17 July 2008*.

 

*The deadline for submission of abstracts for the AIP National Congress is being extended until 31 July. This extension is for abstracts for which there will NOT be a manuscript  prepared for inclusion in the refereed Congress Proceedings.

 

Full paper for peer review or abstract only?

 

When you submit your abstract you will be requested to indicate if you want to submit a full paper for peer review. Submission instructions for the preparation of full papers will be posted to this page at a later date.

The receipt of all abstracts will be automatically acknowledged at the time of submission. You will  be allocated a unique identification number and password.  This will enable you to upload your full paper if you have selected the "peer review" option.  For help, please contact events@plevin.com.au

Presenter Registration

Please note that presenters will be required to fund their travel, accommodation and registration costs. At least one author per paper must register and pay for the Congress on or before 1 November  2008. Papers with no registered author will be WITHDRAWN.

 

Travel Support

Researchers and students at AINSE member universities who are presenting a paper (either oral or poster) at the 22nd Nuclear and Particle Physics Conference are eligible for travel support from AINSE. AINSE will make contact with presenters following the selection process.
