Limited accommodation has been reserved at the venues listed below. Please make all reservations and amendments through the Congress Secretariat, Plevin & Associates Pty Ltd. To reserve a hotel room please complete the on-line form. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing. Bookings received after Monday 31 October 2008 cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that these are room rates only. All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a room deposit or credit card details. If paying by credit card, Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd will not process payment for accommodation. Your credit card number and the amount authorised will be forwarded to the hotel.

You are responsible for paying the balance of your account directly with the hotel on departure. Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance.

Amendments and Cancellations

Any amendments or cancellations must be made through Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd in writing. Your amendment or cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a copy of any changes requested.

Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels will be at the discretion of the hotel. No refunds will be made from this office. Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance.
